Some of the types fish that are our favourites have been neglected over the years. Megrim sole and red gurnard are much prized throughout europe, yet seldom served here in England. Even the tasty monkfish has only recently started to appear on menus. As great lovers of fresh seafood we combine the best quality fish from the daily catch with a selection of sauces.
You can choose from whole baked gurnard with a spinach butter, a simple monkfish tail and poached egg, or a house favourite, megrim sole with wilted rock samphire. Also on the menu are crab and lobster dishes and succulent steak.
